Dr. Deborah Gunderman, D.Min. is the Founder and President of WALKING IN THE WAY, INC., a ministry dedicated to walking alongside women through the issues of life as they come to know Christ and learn to walk in His ways. For over 30 years, Dr. Deb has assisted women through life-impacting changes, such as workplace and career issues, health challenges, relationships, and other family concerns. She has workplace experience in education, health care, community service, and human resource consulting. Dr. Deb is a well-versed and talented speaker, group facilitator, and author. In her daily walk with the Lord, He invited Dr. Deb to serve Him through this ministry.

HOW WE SERVE

When women face life's challenges and circumstances at home and in the workplace, we offer:
  • Personal one-on-one discipleship and edification. 
  • Presentations at seminars, conferences, retreats, and small group meetings using Biblical principles. 
  • On-going fellowships that disciple, teach, and edify women to be effective Ambassadors for Christ.
  • A weekly Christian radio show that addresses personal and workplace issues from a Biblical perspective.
  • Special events of interest to women that provide Biblical teaching and edification. 
  • Written and audio Biblical teachings on workplace and life challenges available through the ministry website.
